All shipments made in Mainland United Kingdom will be calculatedly the weight and size of the item and shipped First Class Signed For via the Post Office or by UPS courier for larger orders. 

If you would like to choose your own shipping methods, please get in touch before placing your order. Any additional costs will be your responsibility and remember that orders won’t be shipped using your chosen method without written confirmation and agreement from our team at Sophia Frances. large shipments must be signed for upon delivery.

For international shipments, please contact us prior to placing your order. All customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
